The short version
- 1Open the console and go to Leads.
- 2Filter to the reps or stages you want, or leave it showing everything.
- 3Press Export CSV — the file downloads to your computer.
- 4Open it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
You can take every lead in your account out as a spreadsheet: the addresses, the homeowners, who each one belongs to, what stage it’s at, and every note your reps have written. It’s one button, and the file opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
Downloading them
Open the console on a computer
Sign in, then open Leads in the console(opens the app in a new tab). On a laptop the Console link is in the left-hand bar; on a phone it’s under More.
This works on a phone, but a spreadsheet you can’t open isn’t much use — so this is one to do sitting down.
Choose what goes in the file
Two of the controls at the top change what gets downloaded:
- Assigned to — one rep’s leads, the unassigned ones, or everybody’s.
- The status chips — one stage, or all of them.
Leave both alone and you get everything.
Press Export CSV
It’s the button at the top right of the screen. The file downloads the way anything else does, and it’s named with today’s date so two exports don’t overwrite each other.
Open it
Double-click it in Excel or Numbers. In Google Sheets it’s File → Import → Upload.
What’s actually in the file
One row per lead — a house that’s on three lists is still one row, with all three list names in one column. The columns are:
| Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
lead_id |
The app’s own reference for that house. Useful if you ever need to ask us about one specific lead. |
address, city, state, zip |
The property. |
lat, lng |
Where its pin sits on the map. |
status |
The stage it’s at — New, Contacted, Follow-up, Working, Appointment, Quoted, Won, Lost, or Do Not Contact. |
name, phone, email |
The homeowner on file, if there is one. |
assigned_rep |
Whose phone it’s on. Blank means nobody’s. |
lists |
Every list this house is on. |
score, opportunity_value |
The lead score, and what the job is thought to be worth. |
last_outcome, last_visit |
What happened the last time somebody knocked, and when. |
next_action |
A follow-up or appointment that’s been set. |
notes |
Every note anyone has written about this house, oldest first, in one cell. |
first_activity, updated |
When it first showed activity, and when it last changed. |
The notes column is the one worth knowing about. Notes have line breaks in them, and they’re written into a single cell — so the spreadsheet shows one tall row rather than one row per note. That’s deliberate: one lead, one row.
The export comes from the server, not your screen
Worth knowing because it explains something that otherwise looks like a bug: the file can contain more than the table in front of you.
The console holds a copy of your leads for speed. The export is written fresh from the database when you press the button — so a note a rep typed twenty minutes ago is in the file even if the screen hasn’t caught up yet.
Who can do this
Admins and managers. A rep can’t, and that’s on purpose: a rep’s phone never needs a whole company’s leads in a file, and a file is the one shape of your data that leaves the building.
Every export is recorded in the Activity log with who did it and how many leads were in it. Nobody is being watched — it’s there for the conversation that starts “where did this list come from”.
Other things you can download
- A performance report — doors, conversations, appointments and closed value per rep per day. That’s on the Reports screen, not this one.
- One list’s leads — open the list under Lists in the console and use Export CSV there. Same columns, just narrowed to that list.

Still need help?
Your own admin can reset a password, re-send an invite and assign you leads — that is faster than us for most things.
